No Paper Insurance Forms and Rate Filings After July

In an effort to increase administrative efficiencies, AZDOI will require all types of insurance form and rate filings to be submitted via the System for Electronic Rate & Form Filing (SERFF) beginning 7/1/2015.  Please do not submit paper filings after that date.  Here’s information on getting started in SERFF and on SERFF training.  Questions regarding this upcoming change can be addressed to Lynn Gile in the Property & Casualty Section, [email protected].
