May 2016 Reorganized responsibilities allocated to Department of Insurance staff to move non-filing-review to other areas and to consolidate filing and contract review with the Market Oversight Division. Allows for increased standardization of work and fewer filing-review interruptions.
January 2016 Eliminated non-value-added logging of filings in spreadsheets and printing of filing data from the System for Electronic Rate and Form Filings (SERFF). Eliminated time wasted making entries in spreadsheet, routing printouts and filing printouts.
