We're LIVE on SBS!

We’ve implemented a new software system that will allow us to provide faster, less-costly service!

The Arizona Department of Insurance successfully completed its move from a 30-year-old green-screen back-office database system to a new software solution called State Based Systems, or “SBS.”

THANK YOU TO LICENSE APPLICANTS who had to wait to apply for, renew or update a license during the week of our move. We're now open for your business again, and thanks to your patience, we're better than ever!

The Arizona insurance license numbers of all Arizona insurance professionals (individuals and business entities) changed with our system move. We posted to both the INSURERS page and PRODUCERS page of this web site an "Insurance Professional License Number Crosswalk," which shows each insurance professional's name, old/legacy Arizona Insurance License number, new Arizona Insurance License number and National Insurance Producer number. We have made the crosswalk available in both an MS Excel spreadsheet file and a comma-separated values (CSV) text file.

Click here for additional information about SBS.
